BioPlot/BioClust documentation
On this page you have an access to BioPlot and BioClust user's manuals
in various formats. You can give a try to this software using a public
access with account "guest" and password "guest".
BioPlot

- documentation can be viewed in your browser. First chapters introduce
some notions necessary for transcriptome data treatment such that normalization,
experiment design, statistical tests then algorithms used
in BioPlot are detailed and finally software features are described.

- documentation has the same content that online manual but it is
formatted in a printable way in a pdf file readable by, for example,
Adobe Reader (TM)
BioClust
- on line
- documentation just descibres software features. For introduction
to transcriptom data treatment, see first chapters of BioPlot manual.

HowTo's
This collection of HowTo's can be helpfull in some
practical situations and responds to some frequent questions arising during
BioPlot/BioClust practice. This document is used during training sessions
organized by the Biopuce platform.
